  • What printing method do you use?
    We use Digital Printing, which provides the highest quality of print material with no minimum order and quicker printing process.
  • Do you provide offset printing?

  • What color formats are supported by your site?
    Our system supports CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) for producing digital prints.
  • What file should I send to you for printing?
    You may send us your artwork file, which is AI, EPS, PSD, PDF or JPG file for printing.
  • Can I send you documents created in MS Word or PowerPoint?
    Absolutely! If you have created documents in Word or PowerPoint that contain photos, clip-art, or other color images, send them in. Same great service, same great pricing.
  • How much bleed should I have for my artwork?
    At least 5mm bleed for each artwork.
  • What is the resolution of output file?
    300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.
  • What is the difference between glossy and matte paper stock?
    Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matte (flat and lusterless). The main difference between the two is the contrasting finish you see from printed products on either. A glossy finish will come with an ultra-smooth, shiny appearance. It's also very color rich and vibrant. Whereas matte paper gives off a duller, more subtle finish.

  • How long will it take for you to complete my order?
    Some jobs can be produced in minutes while some may take several days to complete. Let us know when you need your job completed and we'll let you know if it can be done. We go to great lengths to meet even your most demanding timelines.
